Executive Officer, Jessy Maruti has officially closed the Interim Report
Validation Workshop on the Employee Engagement Survey and Skills Gap Analysis
held at The Nyeri National Polytechnic, reaffirming the institution’s
commitment to workforce development and digital transformation.

management and staff with the opportunity to review the interim findings of the
report and discuss issues relating to workplace wellness, staff feedback,
professional growth, teamwork and continuous learning in enhancing service delivery
within the Authority.

Speaking during the closing
session, Maruti commended both staff and management for their openness and

them with the necessary skills required to adapt to the rapidly evolving
digital work environment and improve operational effectiveness.

The engagement also
