Africa Quantitative Sciences
has hosted a KoraLink Baseline Assessment Validation Workshop in Rwanda,
bringing together partners to review findings and strengthen the measurement of
the programme’s performance and impact.
The workshop, held at
Norrsken East Africa, brought together representatives from The Commons Project
Foundation, Africa (TCP Africa), Society for Family Health (SFH) Rwanda and the
Rwanda ICT Chamber.
Participants reviewed
baseline assessment findings covering 11 districts and 68 sectors, with
discussions focusing on youth employment, inclusion, programme performance and
sustainability.
The validation process
provided an opportunity for partners to examine the findings, share
observations from their respective areas of work, challenge some of the
results, clarify the data and propose ways to strengthen future rounds of
measurement.
Africa Quantitative Sciences
said the open discussions were important in helping stakeholders develop a
clearer understanding of the programme’s current position and identify areas
requiring further attention.
The organisation emphasised
that effective data collection and analysis provide a foundation for
decision-making, while collaboration among programme partners helps ensure that
the information generated is properly understood and applied.
