Rwanda is participating in
Dreamforce 2026 in San Francisco, with a delegation led by Minister of ICT and
Innovation, Paula Ingabire joining global technology leaders, policymakers and
innovators at the annual technology event.
The Rwandan delegation is
taking part in discussions focused on emerging technologies, artificial
intelligence and digital transformation, while sharing the country’s experience
in advancing its digital transformation agenda.

Dreamforce is an annual flagship event that brings together leaders from across
the global technology ecosystem to explore developments shaping the future of
technology and digital innovation.
Rwanda’s participation
provides an opportunity for the country to engage with technology leaders and
policymakers on emerging technologies and the role of digital transformation in
shaping economies and public services.
The delegation led by
Ingabire is also expected to use the global platform to share Rwanda’s
experience and perspectives as discussions around artificial intelligence and
other emerging technologies continue to shape the global technology landscape.
