MTN Group Fintech CEO
Serigne Dioum, MTN MoMo Zambia CEO Komba Malukutila and the MTN MoMo leadership
team have met with the Presidential Delivery Unit Zambia (PDU) to explore
opportunities for collaboration in advancing the Grow Zambia Agenda.
The delegation paid a
courtesy call on the unit during Dioum’s visit to Zambia, meeting with its
Head, Kusobile Stewart Kamwambi.
MTN MoMo said the meeting
provided an opportunity to introduce its Group Fintech CEO to the Grow Zambia
Agenda and highlight the company’s close collaboration with government and key
stakeholders in driving digital transformation across key sectors.
The engagement also
highlighted MTN MoMo’s efforts to empower small and medium-sized enterprises
(SMEs) and support Zambia’s broader development priorities.
MTN MoMo said the meeting
reinforced its shared commitment with the government to building a more
inclusive, connected and digitally empowered Zambia.
