The Minister of ICT and
Innovation, Paula Ingabire has engaged a delegation of students from Harvard
University in a knowledge exchange on the country’s digital transformation
journey.
The discussions highlighted
Rwanda’s systematic approach to building digital foundations, including policy
development, infrastructure expansion, and the delivery of digital public
services. Emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, were
emphasized as tools to drive inclusive growth and enhance service delivery
across sectors.

The delegation also explored
Rwanda’s strategies for strengthening its innovation ecosystem, nurturing
digital talent, and creating an environment where technology solutions can be
tested, scaled, and adapted across the continent. Minister Musoni underscored
the importance of developing future-ready skills and ensuring that technology
complements and empowers the workforce.
This engagement reflects
Rwanda’s commitment to knowledge-sharing and its ambition to position itself as
a continental hub for digital innovation and capacity-building.
