The Communications
Regulators’ Association of Southern Africa (CRASA) has commenced its 46th
Executive Committee (EXCO) meeting in Mangochi, Malawi, with members reviewing
progress on activities planned for the 2026/27 financial year.
The meeting provides an
opportunity for EXCO members to receive updates from the CRASA Secretariat on
the implementation of the Association’s 2026/27 financial year activities and
assess key developments and priorities across the region.
The deliberations are also
being attended by the Chairpersons of CRASA’s Human Resources Development
Committee (HRDC) and Finance, Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC), who are
contributing to discussions of the Executive Committee.
The meeting forms part of
CRASA’s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance, accountability and
coordinated implementation of its regional mandate.
The Executive Committee’s
review is expected to support continued coordination of CRASA’s activities as
the Association advances its work in promoting cooperation among communications
regulators across Southern Africa.
