Telecel Guinea-Bissau has
taken its connectivity campaign directly into communities as the
telecommunications operator expands awareness of its services and high-speed
internet offerings across the country.
The company’s teams are
currently on the ground engaging customers and inviting residents to
participate in activities aimed at introducing them to Telecel’s services and
the network’s expanding connectivity.
As part of the community
engagement, customers are being encouraged to activate TeleZap by dialing 6384#,
a service that provides access to WhatsApp even when users have no balance.
Telecel is also promoting
its WaaSaa packages, available through 6500#, which are designed to help
customers stay connected with their families, friends and wider networks.
The company said its teams
are available at designated tents to answer questions, provide information
about its services and help customers connect to the high-speed internet
network being expanded across Guinea-Bissau.
The campaign is intended to
bring Telecel’s services closer to customers while creating an opportunity for
communities to interact directly with the company’s representatives and learn
more about its connectivity offerings.
Telecel Guinea-Bissau is
encouraging residents to take advantage of the community activations, engage
with its teams and experience the network as the company continues to expand
its presence across the country.
