Apple has issued a response to the ANFR's recent claims on high radiation levels in the iPhone 12, a model that exceeded the EU's standard of four watts per kilogram with 5.74 watts per kilogram.

Nonetheless, the company has promised to release a software update to address the issue. This announcement was made during a celebratory week for Apple, in the wake of their latest event.

Apple has assured users in France that they will issue a software update to align with the protocol used by French regulators, stating that it is not a safety concern but rather a specific testing protocol used by French regulators. This decision should prevent the recall of all iPhone 12 models in France.

However, it is unknown whether this will resolve the issue for Apple in the rest of Europe as regulators in Belgium and Germany still plan to investigate the matter. It remains to be seen if the "testing protocol" is unique to France.

These developments follow the announcement of the iPhone 15 on Tuesday, which also revealed noteworthy news for gamers. The company will release iPhone ports of Resident Evil Village, RE4 Remake, and Death Stranding, as well as Assassin's Creed Mirage on the pro phones.
