Africa's leading API platform, Chenosis has announced the launch of a pioneering No-Code front end, developed to empower entrepreneurs in scaling their ventures seamlessly. This innovative tool is poised to democratize access to technology by eliminating the need for complex coding skills, thus lowering barriers to entry for aspiring techpreneurs across the continent.

The Chief Executive Officer of Chenossis, Saad Syed who made this known during the MTN Ghana’s CTIO Roundtable Conference held in Accra, noted that Chenosis through its forward-looking initiatives, seeks to harness this potential and propel Africa to the forefront of the global tech arena.

With its youthful demographic dividend and rapidly expanding digital infrastructure, the CEO reiterated the importance of building the right capabilities to drive sustainable growth.

“Africa is going to power the world. We can equip the younger generations to build apps and solutions. Not just to solve our problems but for the rest of the world,” he said.

He believes that by leveraging its API platform, Chenosis aims to empower developers and businesses with the tools and resources needed to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Mr. Syed also explained the critical role of AI (Artificial Intelligence) as an enabler of progress and innovation, adding that with AI poised to augment human capabilities across various sectors, MTN is focused on integrating AI-driven solutions to drive efficiency and productivity in the workplace.

The CTIO Roundtable provided a knowledge-sharing platform for technology leaders and academia across Africa to deliberate on key issues in technology and digital innovation. Participants at the Roundtable shared industry insights and discussed challenges and solutions to drive digital transformation in a globally connected world while supporting local innovation.

This year’s forum was held on the theme “Driving Business Value Through Data and AI,” and featured conversations on the importance of leveraging Data and AI to drive business growth and value.
