Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (Kenya-AIST) have undertaken a
familiarisation tour of Konza Technopolis, Kenya’s flagship smart city and
innovation hub.

development progress, strategic investments, long-term vision, and future
expansion plans.
During
the tour, the Principal Secretaries were exposed to interactive presentations
and demonstrations showcasing the digital infrastructure and technology-driven
solutions that underpin Konza Technopolis’ development as a model for a
knowledge-based economy.
The
visit highlighted the growing role of Konza Technopolis in promoting
innovation, attracting investment, advancing research, and supporting
sustainable urban development.
Authorities

Kenya’s digital transformation agenda and a leading innovation ecosystem often
referred to as Africa’s Silicon Savannah.
