Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) has highlighted its
advancements in digital education delivery at the League of Tropical
Universities (LTU) 2026 Summit held in China.
The
summit, hosted by Hainan University, brought together more than 200 delegates

in the digital era.
Acting

to address educational disparities caused by poverty, geographical limitations,
and inadequate infrastructure.
According
to him, such innovative models are critical to expanding access to quality
education and ensuring inclusivity in higher learning systems, particularly in
underserved regions.
