Algeria’s Minister of Posts
and Telecommunications, Sayed Ali Zerrougui, has presided over the graduation
ceremony of the 2026 class of State Engineers in Communication Systems and
Networks at the National Higher School of Information, Communication and Postal
Technologies (ENSTICP).
The ceremony, held on
Monday, July 13, 2026, recognised the academic achievements of graduates who
completed their training in communication systems and networks, a field
considered critical to the country’s digital transformation and
telecommunications development.
Addressing the graduates,
Minister Zerrougui congratulated them on their success and academic excellence,
while commending the role of ENSTICP in preparing skilled engineers and
technology professionals capable of responding to the evolving needs of Algeria’s
telecommunications sector.
He highlighted the
importance of strengthening technical and technological capabilities through
quality education and specialised training, noting that the graduates represent
an important resource for national development.
The Minister also extended
his congratulations to the university community and encouraged the new
engineers to apply their knowledge, skills, and experience in contributing to
Algeria’s technological advancement.
