Côte d’Ivoire’s Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ARTCI), in collaboration with the National Institute of Judicial Training (INFJ), has organised a training session for its sworn officers focused on the missions and ethics of the Judicial Police Officer.

The training, held on November 3 and 4, 2026, forms part of ARTCI’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacities of its sworn officers and upgrade the skills of its teams.

According to ARTCI, the session is intended to finalise the upgrading of all its teams to ensure more rigorous controls that comply with legal requirements.

The initiative forms part of the authority’s broader capacity-building efforts to strengthen the professional competencies of its officers and ensure that their duties are carried out in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
