Mobile Money Limited supports Muslim community with GH¢200,000 donation ahead of Eid

Mobile Money Limited (MoMo
from MTN Ghana) has extended support to the Muslim community with donations of
cash and assorted items valued at GH¢200,000 ahead of Eid al-Fitr celebrations.
The donation was led by
Ibrahim Misto, Chief Digital Officer of MTN Ghana, and presented to the
National Chief Imam as well as selected Regional Chief Imams across the
country.
The initiative forms part of
Mobile Money Limited’s commitment to community support and social
responsibility, particularly during significant religious occasions. Donations
were distributed in key locations including Accra, Takoradi, Kumasi, and
Tamale.
The gesture underscores the
company’s efforts to promote inclusivity and share in the spirit of giving with
communities across Ghana.
